Career
Mr. Tareq Al-Lami has been a licensed member of the Iraqi Bar Association since 1979, and a part of the founding members of the New Baghdad Court Bar Association's Delegation Board. He formerly served as the General Manager of the legal and agencies department at the Iraqi – African Trade Company (now known as "State Company for Shopping Center" from 1971 to 1979. Mr. Al-Lami served as a senior judicial advisor for eight years from 2016 to 2024 as a member of the Judicial Listening Committee at the Iraqi Media and Communications Commission, where he provided legal advisory support for dispute resolution and regulatory issues. He is an officially certified legal expert since 4/09/1991 by the Ministry of Justice and has been honoured more than five times by the Iraqi Bar Association for his contributions to the legal profession. With his extensive experience he enables the firm in providing high level litigation and consultancy service to its clients in the field of property law, inheritance law, personal status law and Telecommunications Law.
